Isn't the mount Ararat in Armenia? Or you shot it from the turkish side?

Mt. Ararat (Agri Dagi) is in Turkish border.
Also Small Mt. Ararat also (Kücük Agri Dagi) in Turkish border.

Well, the mount Ararat where the so called arc of noë should have stranded is in Armenia... I suppose the turkish took over the name then.

Well.. No.
The so called Noah's Arc's track is on Agri Dagi.
I don't understand why Armenians enjoy calling this mountain theirs. It's not even in their borders. It's not nice.

FYI, Greenpeace built a wooden arc on the mountain recently.

I choosed to call it Mt. Ararat in photo info, because most of the world knows this mountain as "Mt. Ararat", not "Agri Dagi". If you know what I mean.

I understand :) I just checked on maps, and indeed it's in turkey... I'll have to ask my armenian friends why they told me it's in Armenia, or maybe they only told me you could see it from Yerevan... :)
